For Orders Within Egypt:
Exchanges for size or item are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition — unused, scent-free, and with original packaging.
To request an exchange, please contact us to arrange the replacement.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
