Return and Exchange Policies

We ship directly from our warehouse in Egypt, so please ensure you select the correct size before completing your order.

For Orders Within Egypt:

• Exchanges for size or item are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition — unused, scent-free, and with original packaging.
• To request an exchange, please contact us to arrange the replacement.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The exchanged amount will be added to your account as store credit, which can be used for a future purchase. No cash/card refunds will be provided.
