1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The standard courier delivery time is within 2-3 working days inside Cairo & Giza and 3-5 working days to other governorates, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Cairo Local Time.

2. How much will I pay for shipping?

Standard shipping is 85 EGP in Cairo & Alex, 91 EGP in Delta - Canal, and 116 EGP in Upper Egypt - Red Sea.
If your order is above 3000 EGP, you will receive free shipping.

3. How can I ship to an address different than my billing address?

Yes, you can. Just enter the address you want to ship to in the shipping address fields at checkout.

4. How do I pay for my orders?

All orders placed in Egypt can be paid Cash on Delivery or by Credit Card on the website.
